How we get these numbers

Every few days our automated line calls the crab houses. It says exactly who it is and asks two questions: what sizes are running and how are the prices. The call is transcribed and checked before the board updates. Any house can say stop calling once and never hears from us again. Between calls we read the posted boards. We never guess. We never carry a number without its date.
