Claws is the only steamed-crab table inside downtown Rehoboth. It has sat two blocks up Rehoboth Avenue from the boardwalk since 2006. Jeff Hamer's Fins Hospitality Group owns it, along with Fins Ale House and Big Oyster Brewery. The brewery's beers pour at the bar. A second Claws now runs in Bethany Beach. The room is casual and family-friendly. Hot steamed blues sell by the dozen or all-you-can-eat. Crab legs and a seafood boil round out the menu. Locals treat the happy hour as an institution. Multiple reviewers say the crabs run smaller than the strip's but come heavy, hot and well seasoned.
